FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to your most often-asked questions

I received a package from you, but some of the items are missing. What happened to the other items from my order?

We ship from multiple warehouses and may fill an order from more than one of them at a time. In those cases, you will still receive your order in the time frame promised on our shipping page, although the packages may arrive 1-2 days apart. There are no additional shipping costs to you.

Some of your skirts are quite short and some also have slits up the back. Can this really be considered modest?

Our customers come in all shapes and sizes. It would be impossible to buy shorter modest skirts that fit everyone. We supply the skirt length on the product page so that our customers can decide for themselves, whether or not the skirt is going to be modest for them.
Please note that the length indicated is measured from the top of the skirt to its bottom, so you must pay attention to the fit/style to determine where the bottom will fall on you.

Regarding slits - some of our skirts do have slits, but if your preference is to not have a slit, closing the slit is an easy alteration that your local tailor would be glad to do for you.

I see some of your tops are sleeveless. Others are low cut. How do you qualify these as modest?

The layered look is in style and many of the tops we carry cater to that style. Although these tops by themselves may or may not be considered modest, depending on who you ask, all of them can be layered with a shell or blouse underneath, creating a fully modest look.
